Testing & Validation
Testing & Validation
Different application environments can place different demands on LED products, such as low temperature, high temperature, humidity, outdoor exposure, long operating hours, frequent switching, electrical shock, underwater use or installation pull force. iPixel can perform project-based validation for samples and mass production items.
Testing items can include -40°C to 110°C high and low temperature testing, salt spray testing, UV testing, flame-retardant testing, water spray testing, pressurized waterproof testing for underwater applications, automatic power-on/power-off aging shock testing, wire soldering pull force testing and LED optoelectronic parameter testing.

Testing instruments may include integrating spheres, spectrometers or optoelectronic test systems, illuminance meters, electrical parameter testers, withstand voltage testers, insulation resistance testers, waterproof test equipment and pull force testing equipment. These tools help verify brightness, CCT, CRI, power, current, voltage and safety performance. The purpose of testing is not just to record data, but to identify potential risks before project introduction and to confirm whether the product is suitable for the customer's actual installation environment, operating conditions and target market requirements.
