100-Person Cross-Department Training | Key Account Delivery & Collaboration Enhancement
On January 3, 2026 (14:00–19:00), iPixel LED Light Co.,Ltd held a large-scale internal training session at the Auditorium of Shiyan Subdistrict Cultural & Art Center (Shenzhen). With around 100 participants from Sales, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain/PMC, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and Administration, this training was designed to strengthen our key-account delivery capability through clearer standards, faster coordination, and more predictable execution.

For key accounts, delivery excellence is not achieved by one department alone. It requires a repeatable, end-to-end collaboration system—from requirement clarification to quality closure and on-time delivery. This training was conducted with one objective in mind: serve customers better by making our internal collaboration faster, clearer, and more reliable.

1) Why This Training: Turning Key-Account Delivery into a Repeatable System

Key-account projects often involve longer requirement chains, more cross-team handoffs, and stricter expectations on timeline and consistency. To deliver reliably, we must align on the same language, the same standards, and the same execution rhythm. This session focused on four priorities: faster response, clearer ownership, stronger quality closure, and more predictable delivery.

2) Who Attended: Cross-Functional Alignment Across the Full Delivery Chain

Participants represented all critical links in the delivery workflow:

  • Sales: requirement intake, quotation boundaries, and delivery commitments;

  • R&D / Engineering: feasibility reviews and design-for-manufacturability alignment;

  • Quality / Production: standard consistency, exception handling, and stability in mass production;

  • Supply Chain / PMC: material readiness, capacity alignment, and delivery rhythm control;

  • Supporting functions: enabling smoother internal collaboration and project pacing.

3) Training Modules: Strengthening the End-to-End Delivery Workflow

The training covered practical modules that directly impact key-account execution (adjust as needed):

  1. Requirement Clarification & Change Control: key parameters, boundaries, change logs, and confirmation standards;

  2. Project Execution Mechanism: owners, milestones, deliverables, review cadence, and escalation rules;

  3. Cross-Team Collaboration Standards: unified templates and confirmation steps to reduce information loss;

  4. Quality Standards & Closure: prevention-first mindset, fast feedback loops, 8D/corrective actions, traceability;

  5. Delivery Rhythm & Supply Chain Alignment: material risk identification, capacity planning, on-time delivery control;

  6. Key-Account Case Review: extracting repeatable checklists and best practices from real projects.

4) Outcomes: From Learning to Execution

This training emphasized tangible outputs that can be applied immediately (replace 1–3 items with your actual deliverables):

  • [Output 1: e.g., Unified “Key Account Requirement Clarification Form” + usage guidelines]

  • [Output 2: e.g., “Key Account Delivery Milestone Checklist” + owner assignment mechanism]

  • [Output 3: e.g., Standard time limits and templates for issue feedback and closure]

A designated owner team will lead a pilot run over the next [1–4 weeks], followed by review and optimization—ensuring the training converts into measurable delivery value for customers.
