About iPixel LED

iPixel LED is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer of custom LED strip, rigid LED bar, neon flex and application-specific lighting modules for global OEM customers. Founded in 2015, our company supports commercial refrigeration, cabinet and furniture, retail display and equipment lighting projects where installation space, electrical limits, moisture, temperature and compliance requirements must be considered together.

What we do

We provide engineering-led LED lighting solutions, from early-stage product discussion and prototype samples to stable mass production. Our in-house team covers requirement analysis, circuit and PCB design, optical evaluation, SMT production, assembly, waterproof processing, aging tests and batch quality control. Production runs are supported by documented validation processes for OEM and ODM customers.

Our LED strip, rigid bar and neon flex products are installed by refrigeration, retail display, cabinet and equipment manufacturers worldwide. We support projects where the lighting system must survive humidity, temperature swings, vibration, frequent on-off cycles or strict color consistency requirements.

Engineering and quality

Three Hanwha S1 SMT placement machines, 10-zone reflow soldering, dispensing and potting equipment, end-processing equipment and six multi-function LED strip aging lines support regular production, project orders and repeat programs. Quality control follows ISO 9001, with incoming inspection, first-article confirmation, in-process checks, finished-product inspection and aging checks. CE, RoHS, REACH, EMC, BIS and other compliance documentation is reviewed per project.
