iPixel is an engineering-led manufacturer of custom LED strips, rigid LED light bars, neon flex and application-specific lighting modules for global OEM customers. We support commercial refrigeration, cabinet and furniture, retail display and equipment manufacturers with lighting systems designed around installation space, voltage, brightness, color consistency, moisture, temperature and compliance requirements.
Our team provides product selection, circuit and PCB development, sample building, optical evaluation, environmental testing, pilot production and stable mass-production support. Depending on the application, projects can include COB or SMD flexible strips, aluminum-profile light bars, waterproof structures, custom wiring harnesses, connectors, sensors and control components.
Every solution is reviewed against the customer's drawings, electrical specification, target quantity and operating environment so that the final product can be installed reliably and reproduced consistently across production batches.

Refrigeration Lighting – Low-temp, Condensation & Cleaning Reliability
Goal: bright, uniform illumination for commercial refrigerators and refrigerated display cabinets. Risks addressed: condensation, moisture ingress, corrosion, long-run voltage drop and difficult maintenance. Deliverables: sealed LED light bars, corrosion-resistant mounting hardware, a defined wiring plan and project-specific validation support.
Cabinet & Furniture Lighting – Dotless, Tight Tolerance & Easy Installation
Goal: dotless, uniform cabinet lighting with concealed wiring and fast installation. Risks addressed: hotspots, inconsistent color, heat build-up, limited mounting space and complex field wiring. Deliverables: cut-to-fit LED lighting, quick-connect harnesses, slim aluminum profiles, sensor integration guidance and project-specific validation support.

Yes. We mainly support OEM and ODM projects. We can evaluate, sample and manufacture LED lighting solutions based on your product structure, installation space, electrical and optical requirements, and compliance needs. With our in-house engineering team, we can support fast sampling and technical confirmation for custom projects.

We mainly manufacture SMD flexible LED strips, COB LED strips, silicone neon flex, SMD-based neon strips, low-voltage custom LED strips, rigid LED bars and custom LED boards. Depending on the project, we can also combine cables, connectors, housings, covers, power supplies and control accessories to provide a complete lighting module.
We are an LED strip manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China, with our own R&D engineers, production team, quality control team and English-speaking export sales team. We supply standard LED strip products, and we also support custom LED strips, rigid LED bars and complete lighting modules for overseas OEM customers.
We control color consistency through incoming material inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product verification. LED raw materials are checked for color and key parameters during incoming inspection. After semi-finished production, CCT, brightness and electrical parameters are checked again. At the finished product stage, we use equipment such as integrating spheres for testing and verification. For projects with color consistency requirements, we can control the product according to a 3 SDCM requirement. For repeat orders, we use ERP order records, product part numbers and historical parameters to help keep later batches consistent with previous batches.
The MOQ for custom projects depends on the product type, material availability, customization level and production method. Regular flexible LED strips and some simple custom projects can support small-batch orders. If the project involves special PCB, special cables, dedicated connectors, silicone structure, aluminum profiles or tooling, the MOQ needs to be evaluated based on material supply and production cost. For long-term OEM projects, we can flexibly review sample, pilot-run and mass-production quantities according to the project stage.
