LED Manufacturing Capability
iPixel has mass production capability for SMD flexible LED strips, COB flexible LED strips, SMD rigid LED bars, COB rigid LED bars, neon flex and custom PCB light source boards. The factory is equipped with three Korean Hanwha S1 high-precision SMT placement machines, 10-zone reflow soldering equipment, dispensing machines, potting machines, end-processing equipment and six multi-function LED strip aging lines.
The production process covers SMT placement, reflow soldering, cable soldering, dispensing and potting, end processing, structural assembly, aging test, optoelectronic parameter testing, finished product inspection and final packing.For different project specifications, order quantities and delivery requirements, we coordinate production scheduling and key processes to support regular orders, project orders and long-term repeat orders with stable delivery.
SMT Production and Assembly Process
Our manufacturing process covers incoming material inspection, solder paste printing, SMT placement, reflow soldering, electrical and optical inspection, assembly, aging, final inspection, labeling and packing. Process parameters and inspection requirements are controlled according to the approved product specification and customer project requirements.
Quality Control at Each Production Stage
Quality checks are performed at key production stages, including incoming materials, SMT placement, soldering, electrical performance, optical consistency, assembly, aging and final inspection. Nonconforming materials and products are identified, recorded and controlled before shipment.
Traceability and Change Control
Production traceability may include material lot records, work-order identification, inspection results, aging records and finished-product labels. Engineering, material and process changes are reviewed and recorded before implementation for repeat OEM orders.
