Yes. We can customize LED strip length, PCB width, LED density, CCT, CRI, voltage, power and cutting unit based on project requirements. We are also equipped with integrating sphere and IES testing equipment, which helps us quickly verify luminous flux, CCT, CRI, power and light distribution data for custom samples.
10. Can you customize cable length, connectors and wire harnesses?
Yes. We can customize cable length, wire specification, connectors, terminals, wire harnesses and wire labels according to the customer’s product structure. Depending on the project, we can use different connector or terminal brands and types, such as JST, Molex and TE. We can also apply wire labels, version marks or product labels as required, supporting easier assembly and traceability.
11. Can you provide a complete LED lighting module with housing, cover, cable and connector?
Yes. We can provide not only bare LED strips, but also complete LED lighting modules with aluminum profiles, PC covers, end caps, silicone plugs, cables, connectors, power supplies, controllers or sensors, depending on project requirements. These supporting components are not always manufactured by us, but we can select, match, assemble and test them according to the project. This helps customers reduce supply-chain communication and assembly steps. In OEM projects such as refrigerated cabinets, display cabinets, furniture lighting and equipment lighting, a complete module solution can improve installation efficiency and support easier mass production and maintenance.

We can support new product development, and we can also optimize existing LED strips, rigid LED bars or lighting modules in structure, brightness, connection method or cost.
4. Certifications & Compliance
13. Can you provide UL or ETL certified LED strips for the North American market?
Yes. We have multiple LED strip product types that can support UL or ETL requirements for the North American market, including selected SMD flexible LED strips, COB LED strips, silicone neon flex and rigid LED bars based on aluminum PCB. The exact certification scope needs to be confirmed according to the product series, voltage, structure, materials and application.
14. Can you provide CE, RoHS and REACH documents for the European market?
Yes. For the European market, we can provide CE, EMC, RoHS, REACH and related test documents according to project requirements. Some products have test reports or certificates issued by third-party organizations such as SGS or TÜV. The exact document scope will be confirmed based on the product type, target market and project requirements.
15. Do all products have the same certifications?
No. Different product series, structures, voltages, materials and applications may have different certification scopes. Common European requirements include CE, EMC, RoHS and REACH. Common North American requirements include UL or ETL. For India, BIS may be required, and some projects may also need CB or other documents. Before quotation or sampling, we will confirm the target market and certification requirements to avoid mismatch between certification scope and actual application.
5. Quality & Production Control
16. How do you control LED strip color consistency?
We control color consistency through incoming material inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product verification. LED raw materials are checked for color and key parameters during incoming inspection. After semi-finished production, CCT, brightness and electrical parameters are checked again. At the finished product stage, we use equipment such as integrating spheres for testing and verification. For projects with color consistency requirements, we can control the product according to a 3 SDCM requirement. For repeat orders, we use ERP order records, product part numbers and historical parameters to help keep later batches consistent with previous batches.
17. Do you perform aging tests before shipment?
Yes. All LED lighting products are subject to 100% powered aging tests before shipment, with a regular aging time of at least 8 hours. Aging tests help identify potential issues such as soldering defects, electrical abnormalities, brightness problems or poor connections before delivery, reducing early failure risk for customers. For special projects, stricter testing conditions can be discussed according to customer requirements.
18. Can you support batch traceability for repeat orders?
Yes. We use an ERP system to manage orders, product part numbers, production batches and related production records. Each order has a unique order code, which can be traced to the corresponding product, production batch and some key material information. For long-term repeat orders, this helps us match previous specifications, color parameters and production requirements more accurately.
6. Samples, MOQ & Lead Time
19. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Before mass production, we usually provide samples for customers to confirm size, brightness, CCT, installation method, connection method and overall lighting effect. For regular custom projects, samples can usually be completed in about 7 days. If new materials, special structures, tooling, complex compliance requirements or multiple supporting components are involved, the sampling time may be longer.
20. What is the MOQ for custom LED strip projects?
The MOQ for custom projects depends on the product type, material availability, customization level and production method. Regular flexible LED strips and some simple custom projects can support small-batch orders. If the project involves special PCB, special cables, dedicated connectors, silicone structure, aluminum profiles or tooling, the MOQ needs to be evaluated based on material supply and production cost. For long-term OEM projects, we can flexibly review sample, pilot-run and mass-production quantities according to the project stage.
21. What is the normal lead time for samples and mass production?
The normal lead time for regular samples is about 7 days. Mass production usually takes about 3 weeks, depending on product complexity, material availability, order quantity, compliance document requirements and structural composition. For repeat orders with confirmed key materials prepared in advance, the lead time can be more stable.
22. What information do you need before quotation or sampling?
Before quotation or sampling, we recommend that customers provide basic electrical, optical and structural requirements, including application, size, length, width limitation, voltage, power, CCT, CRI, brightness requirement, IP rating, cable length, connector, installation method, certification requirement, estimated quantity, drawings, photos or existing samples. The more complete the information is, the easier it is for us to provide an accurate quotation and suitable sample solution.
